The Ladysmith Maritime Society Marina is open all year and has 900 feet of guest moorage with 15, 20, 30 & 50 amp power. They have wireless internet, water, washrooms, showers, and laundry. The guest moorage is marked by yellow or blue paited tie rails. These are the first set of docks on the south side of Ladytsmith Harbour as you enter. The docks are cery good ad the historial displays, including restored museum boats and equipment, are fascinating. There are informative harbour tours twice a day in season and weekends at $10 adults, $5 kids. The town is about a 10 minute walk away and trolley service is available all year.
If you are unable to get dmoorage at the Society Marina Ladysmith Fisherman's Wharf has 1200 feet f dock space with 15 & 30 ap power, garbage collection, telephone, washrooms, and showers. The town of Ladysmith is an 1/2 mile away.
Best anchoringt is either in Sibell Bay, within sight of the Seattle Yacht Club outstation dock, or just west of Sibell Bay, inside the westernmost of the Dunsmuir Islands. Because of shoal water between Sibell Bay and the latter anchorage, it's a good idea to loop around the west end of the Dunsmuir Islands.
